Each academy within Greenheart Learning Partnership has a shared Vision and Ethos, however each academy is unique and its application of this vision and ethos uniquely reflects the community it serves. At Orchards Primary Academy, everything we do is built around love, care and growth. We strive for every single person in our school to grow to be the very best they can be. Amongst our support staff, we ensure that there are clear pathways of development available! For teaching staff, we ensure that all staff have opportunities to grow as leaders; we actively coach, mentor and guide to create future senior leaders of the future. For pupils, we ensure that their curriculum is based on high challenge- meaning that every child can reach their full potential, setting them up for a future of success.

The Greenheart Curriculum Promise is a commitment by the partnership in collaboration with its academies to ensure that every child has the opportunities and experiences during their time in the Partnership that will help them to succeed in the next stages of there education journey and into adult hood. We put skills for life, and excellent enrichment opportunities at the heart of our curriculum offer. We ensure that children have memories that last them a life time.
